Machine mounted AVRs (Exports with EMI/EMC filters)

Machine Mounting type SANELEC AVRs are produced in bulk with following Design, Process and Quality Control procedures:

• DFMEA and PFMEA methods are followed as standard for design and process validation.
• Latest technology screen printer, automatic pick & place machines, wave soldering machines, reflow oven, ICT / Flying probe tester, Burn‐in chambers etc., are used for manufacture and assembly of our PCBs.
• Static tests, Dynamic(closed loop tests), Burn‐in tests are carried out 100% on all AVRs manufactured.
• In‐process rejections and failures are minimized using 8D analysis.
• We have achieved a field failure rate of less than 1000ppm.
• Proven performance based on AVRs in excess of 450000nos for non‐linear loads like UPS, DC motor etc.,
